In a future if I had a company, I will offer a good salary to my employees because that help them to have a motivation to do a batter job.

1.- Choose a decision you made that impacted your life, How might things have been different if you made another choice?
Come to live to playa, I think If I didn't come to playa, I wouldn't HAVE met all my friends or poeple that I know now for example When I arrived to Playa del Carmen I noticed in facebook that I have a cousin living here in Playa, and I didn't know anything about him, now I know that he's the son of one of the cousins of my mom.
Another thing that may be different is that here in playa I have the opportunity to meet people of other countriEs and have contact with other cultures something that in Mexico City I would HAVE NEVER done.
2.- Choose a historical event How would the world be different If it had never happened?
World War One.
The first thing that WOULD HAVE NEVER happened, was the Second World War, because any country would have problems with other countries or may some years later another war had begun.
Many countries would not have any DEBT with other contries, many people would not have died, and many families would be complete.

What qualities and skills helped them achieve?
-She has a high autoestime despite the traumatic childhood she had and her intelligence
What advice or wisdom do they offer from their experienece?
I think Oprah did a lot of good things, she continued fighting for her future despite her traumatic childhood, so I don't have any advise or wisdom to offer por her.

Oprah has invested in numerous lucrative business ventures, Ms. Winfrey owns Harpo Films, Oprah.com, Oprah Winfrey Network, Harpo Studios and Harpo Production Company. -Her teenage single mother struggled to make ends meet in rural Mississippi and she lived with her grandmother for the first six years of her life. The family later moved to a tough inner-city neighbourhood in Milwaukee where her childhood was blighted by sexual abuse and rape.
She was sent to a juvenile detention home at 13, and aged 14 gave birth to a premature baby which later died.
She got her first job in radio while still at school, won a scholarship to Tennessee State University and was crowned Miss Black Tennessee by age 18.
